We are delighted that nationally recognized clinical informaticist Dr. William Feaster, Chief Medical Informatics Officer at CHOC, will join us for the Rothman Society’s second Research Focus webinar, as we turn our attention to reducing unplanned readmissions among children. Dr. Feaster will be joined by Louis Ehwerhemuepha, PhD, one of the lead data scientists who helped develop CHOC’s model. Together they will share the story behind the development of the model, the data components that make up the calculation, and review their criteria for additional sites to engage in further validation of their work.
